Initial Manuscript Produced, not submitted for Publication due to questions of data ownership as Warner Lambert-Parke Davis were bought out by Pfizer and Medical Research Managers changed. Study was presented at The Stamford Hospital Family Practice Medical Grand Rounds 2/2000.
